Can I change plans anytime?
Yes — switch plans, or move between monthly and annual billing, whenever you like from your account settings. The change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays active through the period you’ve already paid for. After that, you won’t be charged again — and you’ll still be able to view your past listing kits.
Is there a free trial?
There’s no separate trial to sign up for — every “Start free” button takes you straight into the product, no credit card required, so you can try it out before you pay anything.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans are billed as you go, so there’s nothing to refund — cancel anytime and you won’t be charged again. Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable. If something unusual comes up, reach out — we review requests case by case.
Can I add more team members?
The Team plan (multi-seat accounts, shared brand library, admin dashboard) is coming soon. Every plan today is single-seat — reach out if you want to be notified when Team launches.
