Updating your card on file
Go to Billing settings to add a new card or change which one is charged — changes apply to your very next invoice.
Viewing and downloading invoices
Every past invoice is available as a PDF from the same Billing page, useful for expense tracking or brokerage reimbursement.
Pausing or cancelling
Pause keeps your brand kit and listing history intact while billing stops temporarily; cancelling ends your plan at the end of the current period rather than immediately.
Reactivating
Coming back later picks up right where you left off — your kit, listings, and templates are all still there.
Pause instead of cancel if you’re just taking a slow season off — it’s the only option that guarantees nothing about your kit or listings changes while you’re away.
