Fill out the fields that make templates auto-populate correctly.
Core fields
Address, price, beds, baths, and square footage populate the stat line on nearly every template — fill these in first since almost everything else builds around them.
Custom features and amenities
Add anything that sets the property apart — pool, updated HVAC, a finished basement — as tagged features so they can appear as callouts on templates that support them.
Open house date and time
Add an open house window and any template with an open house layout picks it up automatically, including reminders if you’ve connected a calendar.
Photo order
Drag photos into the order you want them considered — templates pull the first as the hero and the next several for any gallery layout.
Tag distinguishing features (pool, view, renovated kitchen) even if a template doesn’t show them yet — they carry over automatically if you switch to a layout that does.
