Using AI to Generate Listing Content
Let Curblist draft your description, captions, and email headline — then make it yours.
What it works from
The generator uses the property details and features you’ve already entered, so filling those in thoroughly first gives it more to work with and produces a stronger draft.
What you get
One generation produces a listing description, an Instagram caption, a Facebook post, a short story line, hashtags, an email headline, and — if you set an open house date — open house copy.
Editing the draft
Treat the AI draft as a strong starting point, not a final answer — swap in details only you’d know, and cut anything generic.
Choosing a tone
Every listing has one of three tones — warm, polished, or bold — set when you create it. Regenerate redrafts using that same tone; to try a different one, use Update status to relist with a new tone.
Staying compliant
The generator is trained to avoid Fair Housing risk language by default, and every generation also runs a photo safety check for visible faces, watermarks, and low-quality shots — but always give the final copy and photos a read before publishing. See Best Practices for Listing Copy.
If a draft isn’t landing right, regenerate a few times and combine the best line from each rather than accepting the first pass outright.
